Can I sell my designs on Nanamee?

Sure, all you need to do is submit an application for the product type you would like to sell. Visit the Selling Information page for all the details.


Why is my credit card being declined?

First, contact your bank and ask them why the charge was declined. 99.9% of the time, your bank is declining the charge and only they can solve this issue. Another common reason for credit cards being declined is due to incorrect address details (zip code, street names, etc), but sometimes they will decline it because they think the charge is not normal card activity. Please consult your credit card statement and double check how your address is entered on your billing statement. Simple things such as abbreviations and punctuation make a huge difference! You have to enter in the address EXACTLY as it is on your statement. Another is customers not entering the correct card code number. Otherwise, we ask you to contact your bank to find out why THEY are rejecting the charge. Please note, we are not declining your charge (we want your business), your bank is the guilty party. If you submitted your charge multiple times and see charges on your account, you have not been charged by us if our system has said the order attempt was declined. This is just activity from the attempts, and they go away in 3-5 business days (again your bank is guilty of this). If you try to process numerous orders within a short period, our system will automatically start to decline the charges for security reasons (submitting 10 order attempts in 10 minutes for example). During this time, we ask you contact your bank, then 1-2 hours later return with correct information and try your order again.


What type payment methods do you accept?

We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal, which allows for extended options such as paying via electronic check.


Oops, I lost my stock art files in a hard drive crash!

Well, we'd harp at you about proper backups, but you just had a crash, so we'll be nice. Here's the deal: once you purchase something from Nanamee, it's yours forever. Just login and you can download past purchases anytime you wish, via your Download History.


Can I get a refund for my purchase?

Sorry, but all sales are final.


What font(s) are you using on Nanamee?

Well, our logo is set in Nick Shinn's Beaufort (Beaufort Pro Heavy Italic). The html is set in system based Helvetica, but our branding and imagery is actually set in Proxima Nova, designed by Mark Simonson.
