Can I sell my images on Nanamee?

Yes, all you need to do is submit an application with work samples. Visit the Selling Information page for all the details.

If I purchase prepaid credits, do they ever expire?

No, they never expire and will be active in your account until used.

What type payment methods do you accept?

We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal, which allows for extended options such as paying via electronic check. However, if you are purchasing a custom license, or you are ordering on behalf of your employer and they require a purchase order, or some other method of payment, just contact us and we’ll work it out.

Can I re-download my previous purchases?

Once you purchase something from Nanamee, it’s yours forever. Just login and you can download past purchases anytime you wish, via the downloads section in your account.

Can I get a refund for my purchase?

Downloadable stock art is not returnable or refundable once downloaded (we log when items are downloaded), for obvious reasons. If your purchase is proven defective and you notify us within 10 days of your purchase, we will either provide a replacement/update to that item or refund your money.

What font(s) are you using on Nanamee?

Our logo is set in Nick Shinn's Beaufort (Beaufort Pro Heavy Italic). All of our branding and website type (WebFont) is set with Proxima Nova, designed by Mark Simonson.
